Do members need to dial a number to connect?

No. The desk phone or web app connects on its own when powered on. No number to dial, no conference code to punch in.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The system catches the drop and retries — 5 attempts at 5-second intervals, then longer fallbacks at 15, 30, and 60 minutes. When connectivity comes back, the phone reconnects on its own.

Can members be in multiple rooms at once?

Members belong to one room at a time, but they can switch rooms instantly from the web dashboard or their desk phone softkeys.

Is there a limit to how many members can be in a room?

No hard limit. Our largest rooms run 100+ members connected at once with no audio quality issues.
