Is the audio quality the same on mobile as the desk phone?

Depends on your internet connection. On Wi-Fi, it's right up there with the desk phone. On cellular, quality can dip but it's still clear enough to close a deal.

Yes. The web app hooks into Media Session API, so your car's Bluetooth controls can toggle mute and unmute.
